1. Service Scope

  • We provide domestic and international courier & logistics services.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather, strikes, or unforeseen delays.

  • Certain restricted or prohibited items (such as hazardous materials, illegal goods, or perishable items) are not accepted.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made with complete and accurate details.

  • Service charges are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Payments made are non-refundable once a shipment is dispatched.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the shipment is properly packed and labeled.

  • Provide correct recipient address, contact details, and necessary documents for customs clearance (for international shipments).

  • CTC Cargo will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery & Liability

  • While we strive to deliver on time, CTC Cargo is not liable for delays beyond our control (customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

  • Our liability for any lost or damaged shipment is limited to the declared value of the goods or the amount specified by our insurance policy, whichever is lower.

  • Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.

5. Restricted & Prohibited Items

Customers must not send items that are illegal, hazardous, explosive, perishable, or restricted by law. CTC Cargo reserves the right to refuse or return such shipments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of CTC Cargo and cannot be copied or used without prior permission.

7. Amendments

CTC Cargo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Govt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
